Responsibilities:
- Support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, debt capital markets and equity capital markets.
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, marketing and valuation decks.
- Build complex financial models for valuation exercises & analysis.
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company specific research.
- Participate in transaction due diligence, data room management and liaison with clients
- Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates
- Prepare client presentations
- Handle administrative tasks during deal execution and to support office functions
- Work with and manage interns from time to time
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements :
- More than 3-4 years related work experience is preferred
- Accounting principles
- Financial concepts
- Financial modeling and valuation
- MS Excel and Power point
