Role Description
The Analyst, Fund Management position is based in Singapore and is open to fresh graduates. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain comprehensive exposure to real estate fund management and to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the business from an early stage in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive investor reports for existing funds, covering portfolio performance, financial summaries, asset-level updates, and market commentary to a high standard of accuracy and presentation
- Independently manage investor communications, including the timely preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual submissions and responses to ad hoc investor requests.
- Develop and maintain a suite of marketing and fundraising materials including pitchbooks, fund teasers, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and platform overview presentations, ensuring content is accurate, current, compelling
- Support fundraising process by coordinating investor due diligence, tracking progress across prospective investors, and maintaining an organised pipeline of investor interactions and follow-ups
- Maintain and update the investor data room, ensuring all fund documents, legal agreements, financial statements, and reporting materials are accurately filed and accessible to relevant parties
- Liaise with internal teams including Finance, Asset Management, and Compliance to gather data and ensure responses to investor queries are timely, accurate, and consistent with fund disclosures
- Track and analyse industry trends, comparable fund performance, and the broader real estate market to support investor presentations and strategic discussions
- Assist in the preparation of materials for LP Advisory Committee meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and other formal investor engagements, including coordinating logistics and follow-up actions
- Maintain and update the investor portal, ensuring all reports, notices, fund documents, and communications are uploaded accurately and on time, and serving as a point of contact for investor access and portal-related queries
- Maintain regular record for external investor meetings, calls, and due diligence sessions, and proactively help in managing the follow-up actions including preparing summary correspondence, tracking outstanding investor requests, and ensuring all commitments are addressed in a timely manner
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply relevant internship experience in real estate or investment industries (buy or sell side) is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
- Strong institutional writing and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Genuine interest in private funds and real estate
- Good quantitative skills with a strong foundation in finance and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge of Argus is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to work
