Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Collaboratio
- Act as a unifying force across the organization, collaborating with Brand, Digital, Social and PR teams to translate go-to-market strategies into compelling branded experiences.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with stakeholders, understanding their mandates to craft cohesive narratives that elevate restaurant and bar programming at Marina Bay Sands.
- Lead with confidence and presence by actively supporting F&B venuesnot only through elevated marketing efforts but also through on-ground attendance and engagement, fostering team morale and reinforcing brand visibility.
- Develop strong working processes and actively work to grow and develop the skills and abilities of junior team members.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Be the marketing advocate of the Marina Bay Sands dining destination and the celebrated, experiential and accessible venues, focused on enhancing brand positioning and commercial performance.
- Analyze market and competitive trends alongside a strong understanding of the customer database and the local dining segment to proactively initiate and ideate new campaigns to drive brand affinity and incremental revenue.
- Strategize and develop short- and long-term marketing plans with clear objectives and deliverables, leveraging content marketing, paid media and partnerships to drive awareness, consideration and conversions.
- Lead partnership with external agencies to strategize, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, as well as on-ground activations and promotions.
- Oversee regular cross-functional meetings to align marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic cohesion across all platforms and channels.
Experiential Programming & Event Marketing
- Oversee the planning and marketing execution of individual restaurant experiential programming including seasonal promotions, celebrity chef activations and dining events.
- Lead the ideation of F&B activations that elevate resort-wide Brand Signature Events, incorporating curated culinary and mixology immersive experiences.
- Develop cross-promotional initiatives including local and international partnerships aligned with cultural and social trends.
- Collaborate with Regional and Loyalty Marketing to leverage database marketing and grow memberships that can drive covers and revenue.
Creative Asset Development & Brand Storytelling
- Oversee the creative development of all marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across digital, social, websites, on-property platforms and paid channels.
- Oversee asset developmentincluding photography, videography, as well print and digital creativesto support marketing initiatives with compelling visual storytelling.
- Lead the curation of storytelling of key culinary, mixology and front of house personalities across celebrated, experiential and accessible dining venues at Marina Bay Sands.
Budge Management & Performance Optimization
- Oversee campaign planning as well as budget tracking and accruals with accuracy.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
- Manage media partners and stakeholders to refine marketing spend efficiency and ROI.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years in senior marketing roles, preferably in F&B or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record and expertise in full-funnel marketing strategies across traditional and innovative marketing techniques, with an ability to optimize campaigns for performance and brand elevation.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate concepts, ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders and internal/external teams.
- Highly analytical mindset, with strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Learned understanding of the media landscape in Asia Pacific and familiarity with F&B paid marketing channels.
- Superior multi-tasking and time-management proficiency, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and strategic focus in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Creative thinker and trendsetter, plugged into the latest social and cultural movements within F&B.
- Highly organised with strong project management, writing and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with external media agencies.
