Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technology initiatives and roadmaps.
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for application, data, and digital enablement needs across the fund lifecycle ( deal origination, investment, asset management, reporting ).
- Drive demand management, business case development, and prioritisation of IT initiatives aligned to business strategy.
- Oversee delivery of IT solutions, working with internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Track benefits realisation and continuously identify opportunities to optimise systems, processes, and data capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in IT business partnering, technology management, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong exposure to Fund Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services environments.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, translate business needs into technology solutions, and manage competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration concepts.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
