We are partnering a well-established fund services platform to appoint a Business Development Lead, responsible for driving growth across institutional and alternative asset managers.
This is a senior, revenue-facing role focused on expanding the firm's footprint across fund administration, corporate services, and related fiduciary solutions, working closely with senior management and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the fund services franchise across asset managers, PE/VC, hedge funds, and family offices
Originate and manage new client relationships, from initial engagement through mandate conversion
Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients, articulating differentiated fund services capabilities and solutions
Partner internal stakeholders across operations, compliance, and product to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
Represent the platform at industry events, client meetings, and market forums
Requirements
Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management within fund services, fund administration, or related financial services
Strong understanding of the alternatives and asset management ecosystem
Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, including founders, CFOs, COOs, and investment professionals
Commercially driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a lean, growth-oriented environment
