Business Development Lead Singapore (Global Digital Media Agency)

A leading global brand performance agency is looking for an experienced and visionary Business Development Lead to drive growth and client excellence in Singapore. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is a key member of the regional leadership team and a driving force behind local strategy, growth, and cross-market collaboration.

We're a fast-growing network of 2,600+ specialists across 30 offices worldwide, creating smart, data-driven, and creative media solutions that deliver measurable impact for global and local brands.

What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial and growth strategies to strengthen business performance and profitability
  • Oversee proposals and RFPs, ensuring strategic clarity and operational excellence
  • Build deep client partnerships and identify new business opportunities
  • Inspire and guide teams toward high performance and innovation
  • Represent Japan within the regional leadership team, shaping both local and North Asia priorities

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in agency environments (5+ in digital marketing), ideally in Singapore & SEA.
  • Proven leadership in business development and client strategy
  • Fluent Chinese and fluent English.
  • Analytical thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic, collaborative, and growth-oriented leadership mindset
