Associate Consultant / Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native application solutions within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong application development and architecture expertise, hands-on technical experience, and the ability to guide development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams and product owners to define solution architecture and technical designs.
• Ensure solution implementation aligns with approved architecture and design principles.
• Guide development teams in resolving complex technical issues and conducting code reviews.
• Promote Agile practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Support QA teams in test automation and technical issue resolution.
• Design reusable libraries, application components, and integration patterns.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, enterprise architecture, application, and security teams on integrations, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop prototypes and explore new technologies to address business and technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in application development, solution design, and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, application integration patterns, and large-scale application design.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Java, .NET, React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with containers, microservices, DevSecOps, and cloud-native technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing applications on AWS; AWS certification is an advantage.
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), security, compliance, change management, incident management, and problem management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
