About the Role
The Chief of Staff will work directly with the founders to drive strategic priorities, execution rigor, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with structured thinking, and can translate strategy into execution.
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, product, operations, healthcare, VC, or high-growth startups
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate across business, product, technology, and operations
- High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Interest in healthcare, AI, and company building
Scope of Work
- Partner with founders on strategic initiatives and company planning
- Drive cross-functional execution and OKR tracking
- Prepare board and investor materials
- Lead special projects spanning product, growth, operations, and partnerships
- Improve internal systems, reporting, and decision-making processes
- Support hiring, culture building, and organizational development
