Senior Partner/Director

Role Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Partner / Director to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and oversee key client relationships and organizational initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping the overall direction of the business unit, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence.

The Senior Partner / Director will lead high-value engagements, manage executive-level client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. The role involves setting strategic goals, developing business plans, and leading cross-functional teams to execute complex projects and transformation initiatives. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for expanding the firm's market presence, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to overall organizational profitability.

This position requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, mentoring senior talent, and driving innovation across service offerings.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, ideally at Director or Partner level

• Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue generation, and client acquisition

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define and execute long-term business plans

• Excellent client relationship management skills, with experience engaging C-level executives

• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex projects and transformation programs

• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility and financial performance management

• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams across multiple functions

• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop new business strategies

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or industry-specific leadership roles is preferred

• Strong network within relevant industry sectors is an advantage
