Associate, Business AI & Process Automation (1 Year Contract)
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate, Business AI & Process Automation candidate to accelerate the adoption of AI and automation across the Risk & Compliance department. The role will focus on identifying, designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance and deliver an improved user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess AI and automation opportunities across business processes.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and process automation solutions.
- Develop and support chatbot, prompt-based and workflow automation initiatives.
- Perform business process analysis, requirements gathering and solution design.
- Conduct testing, user training and adoption support.
- Prepare workflow documentation, SOPs and governance records.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, compliance and audit requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and AI-driven workflow solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business process automation.
- Strong business process mapping, analysis and process improvement capabilities.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and training skills.
- Understanding of governance, controls, risk management and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Process Improvement or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in AI, process automation and/or RPA development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Highly driven individual, independent, adaptable and collaborative in nature
