We are working with a leading international law firm that is looking to continue growing its highly regarded Banking & Finance / Debt Finance practice. The team advises on sophisticated, high-value financing transactions for an established international client base and offers lawyers the opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Role

You will work as part of a busy and collaborative finance practice advising on a broad range of debt financing transactions.

Depending on your experience, matters may include:

• Acquisition and leveraged finance
• Corporate and general banking
• Sponsor and borrower-side financing
• Lender-side financing
• Cross-border financing transactions
• Private credit and alternative lending
• Other complex bilateral and syndicated financing matters

You will have direct exposure to sophisticated clients and significant transactions while working closely with experienced partners and colleagues across the firm's international network.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–8 years PQE, although exceptional candidates outside this range may also be considered
• Strong Banking & Finance / Debt Finance experience gained with a reputable international or leading domestic law firm
• Exposure to high-quality and complex financing transactions
• Strong drafting, technical and transaction-management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
• A strong work ethic and ability to perform in a demanding, high-performing environment
• A collaborative approach and strong team orientation

Candidates qualified in England & Wales, Singapore, Australia or other relevant common-law jurisdictions may be considered. Lawyers currently based in London, Australia or other international financial centres who are considering relocating to Singapore/Asia are also encouraged to get in touch.
