A leading Singapore law practice is looking to grow its Banking & Finance bench with the addition of Senior Associates/Associates. This is a good opportunity for a Singapore-qualified lawyer who has cut their teeth at a reputable firm acting for domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and their clients across a wide range of financing instruments and cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will get broad-based exposure to the full sweep of banking and finance work. This spans corporate banking, trade finance, project finance and structured finance, as well as growth areas like green and sustainable finance, and debt capital markets.

What We're Looking For

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 4–8 years PQE.
• Solid track record in banking & finance transactions.
• Strong technical foundation and legal skillset.
