Sourcing and Procurement
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans with the stakeholders
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process by collaborating across different teams, including stakeholders, finance, legal and technology
- Support stakeholders throughout the process, which includes development of procurement documents, managing the entire tender process, contracting and finance-related operations
- Develop negotiation strategies to extract best value
- Build strong understanding and relationships with the business and key suppliers
- Proactively analyse spend data to proactively improve performance and identify cost saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policy and vendor risk framework
What qualification or skills should you possess in this role
- At least 7years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement
- Degree in business and finance or equivalent
- Strong skills in project and relationship management
- Familiarity and experience in category management, procurement and sourcing, contract and commercial negotiation, as well as financial and contract management
- Excellent in change management, risk management, and vendor management
- High technology aptitude, result oriented and a strong team player
