Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for IT products, software, infrastructure, and technology services
- Run sourcing initiatives (RFP/RFQ) and evaluate vendor proposals
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements with suppliers
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and support purchasing decisions
- Manage vendor onboarding and coordinate due diligence processes
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, SOWs, and amendments with vendors
- Track vendor performance and support issue resolution where required
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure smooth procurement operations
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in IT procurement or technology sourcing
- Experience managing end-to-end procurement or P2P processes
- Understanding of technology procurement (software, infrastructure, cloud, or IT services)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with procurement or contract management tools (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Concur, DocuSign) is a plus
