[What the role is]
You will support MAS digital transformation by driving awareness, adoption, and effective use of productivity and digital tools across the organisation.[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing engagement initiatives to promote discovery and adoption of digital tools
Working closely with teams to understand their business needs and workflows, and recommend suitable tools and onboarding approaches
Providing hands-on support to teams as they try out new tools and ways of working
Creating and curating learning resources, use cases, and knowledge materials for staff communications and workshops
Partnering internal and external product teams to assess whether tools are useful for MAS work
Gathering user feedback, tracking adoption and usage trends, and proposing ways to improve engagement approaches and adoption
Preparing reports and presentations on adoption progress, user feedback, and outcomes for management
[What we are looking for]
Familiar with productivity and digital tools
Comfortable engaging stakeholders at different levels and explaining digital or technical concepts in simple and clear terms.
Interested in digital transformation, technology adoption, or change management work
Able to analyse business needs and compare digital tools to recommend practical solutions
Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Collaborative, customeroriented, and patient when supporting others through change
