Job Description

  • Assist in preparing, analysing, reporting, presenting, and executing budgets, forecasts and business plans relating to each of the properties in the assigned portfolio (including net property income and capital expenditure)
  • Driving, coordinating, conducting feasibility studies, and monitoring the progress of various asset enhancement works with the property managers and other business partners across the assigned portfolio and to ensure that such initiatives are conducted in accordance with the design of such works, and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Driving, evaluating, coordinating, and monitoring all ESG related initiatives and reporting, with a specific focus on commercial real estate
  • Liaising with leasing and property management teams to implement leasing strategies and maintain high committed occupancy
  • Keeping up to date with all market transactions in the leasing environment to meaningfully assess new leases and renewal leases
  • Consolidating and analysing data for competitor analysis, ad hoc result announcements, investor meetings, internal stakeholder reviews
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports outlining performance by property and portfolio levels for internal stakeholder and trustee review
  • Maintain the property database accurately and on a timely basis to derive relevant metrices such as committed occupancy, WALE, rent reversion, retention, etc.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to governance standards
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Degree in real estate or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant real estate experience; experience working in the asset management field under a REIT manager is an advantage
  • Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks is an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Yardi is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proactive, energetic, a team player, well-organized, with strong inter-personal skills
  • A can do self-starter with good administrative and management skills
  • Excellent language and presentation skills and report writing.
