Our client is a leading Singapore listed property and hospitality group. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Accountant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Town easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining accurate full set of accounts in accordance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly financial reports to support management in monitoring the performance of investment assets.
- Oversee cash flow activities, including tracking of loan and interest repayments.
- Manage GST submissions and ensure tax matters comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with general finance administrative tasks to support department operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Accountant, or other relevant professional qualifications.
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience, with handling full set of accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with advanced functions will be an advantageous
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems will be an advantageous
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
