Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure reports requested by stakeholders are accurate, complete and sent within requested timeline.
Process Enhancement and Documentation: Proactively review, document, and maintain comprehensive procedures and guidelines for report generation.
Report Automation and System Implementation: Actively participate in system project for report automation.
Data Quality Assurance : Review and ensure adequate data quality checks are in place. Propose enhancement to DQ checks when necessary.
Stakeholder Communication and Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders regarding reporting needs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Work as a team member to ensure reports requested by stakeholders are accurate, complete and sent within requested timeline.
Take on multiple roles (maker / checker / reviewer) within the team to ensure report accuracy.
Engage stakeholders for queries / deep dive requests on portfolio matters to ensure delivery addresses stakeholder concerns.
Periodic review of report approach and DQ checks to recommend updates to methodology if necessary.
Review monthly and quarterly reports received from and to Credit Bureau. Ensure reporting are in-compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Responsible for ensuring all credit disputes received are responded within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA). Analyze and investigate Credit Bureau dispute data and formulating accurate and timely responses to consumers and Credit Bureau.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholder and Credit Bureau Singapore. Broadcast Credit Bureau announcement to relevant stakeholder, manage user access to Credit Bureau portal etc.
Highlight customer and credit bureau reporting related impact to stakeholders when evaluating policy/ system changes, new product launch, demarketing etc.to minimize potential issues/risks
Perform user verification post system changes in production
Provide user requirements for system enhancement/ re-platform
Provide support for ad hoc initiatives assigned.
Requirement
Minimum Degree holder in banking, finance or relevant discipline.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of analytics or reporting experience in a banking environment.
Have domain knowledge for reporting (including Credit Bureau), consumer credit products and consumer credit life cycle
Competent in programming skills (Python, SQL etc)
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Access).
Independent and self-directed learner
Good inter-personal, communication & writing skills.
