Introduction:
Kick off your engineering career at GlobalFoundries as an Associate Engineer, Integration & Yield Engineering. You will support logistics activities and perform essential tasks that assist engineers in addressing real-world semiconductor manufacturing challenges. This role is well-suited for fresh or experienced individuals seeking to make an impact within a collaborative team.
Your Job:
Generate and deliver regular reports on lot status, yield performance, and key indices to support data-driven decision making.
Drive smooth lot execution by coordinating logistics activities such as engineering splits and execution, inline/ET monitoring, lot movement tracking, and documentation updates.
Support post-fab lot disposition activities, including ET and OQA disposition, REL request execution, lot shipment coordination, FA submissions, and scrap execution.
To perform 1st cut RMA validation/OOC investigation before passing down to engineers
Provide hands-on logistics and data support to engineers for low-yield analysis, ET failure analysis, and defect investigations.
Enable process reliability monitoring by providing engineering logistics and analytical support for ongoing reliability activities.
Actively monitor inline and ET control charts, support OOC annotations, and contribute to CPK improvement initiatives.
Update and maintain process- and yield-related specifications to ensure alignment with current manufacturing requirements.
Manage additional engineering logistics such as PO creation, PR closure, and ECN approval follow-up to ensure timely execution of activities.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics Engineering or a related field
Familiarity with data analysis tools and SPC concepts
Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning
Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset
Effective communication and willingness to work in cross-functional teams
Fluency in English (written & verbal)
