Key Responsibilities
Product Maintenance
- Review and analyze wafer test yields
- Determine hold lot disposition
- Communicate with customer for joint disposition.
- Yield Improvement Identify and resolve issues impacting yield performance
- Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports
- Support manufacturing operations on technical issues relating to device testing
