- To establish standard flow / operating instructions for the following:
- Product Engineering process
- Manufacturing process in testing floor.
- Conduct Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (FMEA)
- Product Maintenance
- Review and analyze test yields
- Yield Improvement - Identify and resolve issues impacting yield performance
- Determine hold lot disposition
- Perform device / hardware tester qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports
- Develop and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Support manufacturing operations on technical issues relating to device testing
- Liaise with customers on new production specifications
- New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Coordinate device start up and transfer
