About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Group Marketing division as Assistant Vice President Consumer Propositions. Reporting to the Section Head, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering product propositions for the high-net-worth (HNW) segment. This role is focused on product ideation, development, and enhancement not campaigns and offers the opportunity to influence strategy and bring innovative solutions to market.
What You'll Do
- Drive product ideation and development, including enhancements to existing HNW offerings.
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, test, and refine product propositions that address customer needs.
- Partner with stakeholders and external vendors to align business objectives and ensure effective product design.
- Oversee approval, delivery, and launch processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
- Monitor post-launch performance, analyze results, and recommend actions to optimize sales and customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Actuarial, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1015 years of relevant experience in product development/propositions, preferably in the HNW space.
- Candidates with pricing experience in HNW products who are keen to expand into product ideation and development are also welcome.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to generate insights, identify opportunities, and refine propositions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels.
- Proactive, project-oriented, and able to perform under tight timelines.
