Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to help grow our partnerships with Financial Advisory (FA) companies and wholesale partners. If you're a strategic thinker with experience in investments and have a knack for building strong relationships this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Knowledge of Singapore's FA or tied agency market will be a strong advantage.
You'll play a key role in connecting with partners, understanding their needs, and offering our solutions as their preferred choice in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Opportunities: Conduct market research to spot potential clients and business opportunities in Singapore.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain partnerships with FA companies, creating a healthy pipeline of prospects through networking and engagement.
- Present Solutions: Support presentations and effectively communicate our value propositions to prospective clients.
- Engage Clients: Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their financial planning needs and challenges.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Track Progress: Prepare regular updates on sales pipelines, engagement plans, and market insights for management review.
- Drive Results: Manage the full sales cycle from relationship building to delivering a seamless client experience.
Requirements
Experience
- 35 years of experience in the investment or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of life and health insurance, and investment products.
- A proven track record in managing advisors and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Education
- A recognized university degree, or at least a GCE A-Level or Diploma with relevant professional insurance qualifications.
