Assistant Terminal Operations Manager

Salary: up to $5,000
Work Location: Boon Lay
Work Days: 6 Days (Mon to Sat)

. Plan and deploy manpower, trucking, and equipment for daily operations.
. Coordinate barge and vessel schedules with terminals, warehouses andcustomers.
. Ensure timely fulfillment of delivery requirements to project or customersites.
. Monitor Jurong Port vessel schedules and adjust operational planningaccordingly.
. Lead and support operations team in resolving daily issues and disruptions.
. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and phone.
. Maintain safe and organized working environments across operational areas.
. Prepare routine operational and inventory reports.

Requirements:
. Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business or relateddiscipline preferred
. Experience in logistics, site coordination, port operations or industrialenvironments
. Strong organizational and planning abilities
. Good communication and coordination skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation
. Possess own transport or valid Class 3driving licence (company vehicle provided)
