Assistant Bulk Cargo Operations Manager

Salary: up to $5,000
Work Location: Boon Lay
Work Days: 6 Days (Mon to Sat)

Responsibilities:
. In-charge of daily operational activities involving vessel discharge and site logistics.
. Plan and allocate manpower and equipment to support efficient operations.
. Monitor workflow scheduling to maintain productivity and minimize disruptions.
. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety requirements and documentation.
. Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and relevant parties to support operations.
. Oversee inventory levels and coordinate material storage and distribution.
. Ensure timely fulfillment of delivery requirements to project or customer sites.
. Maintain safe and organized working environments across operational areas.
. Prepare routine operational and inventory reports.
. Support issue resolution and operational continuity when required.

Requirements:
. Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred
. Experience in logistics, site coordination, port operations or industrial environments
. Strong organizational and planning abilities
. Good communication and coordination skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation
. Possess own transport or valid Class 3 driving licence (company vehicle provided)
