Responsibilities:
- Ensure fleet reliability and availability, maintaining vehicles in optimal condition for maximum uptime and driver satisfaction.
- Ensure fleet reliability and availability, maintaining taxis/PHC vehicles in optimal condition for maximum uptime and driver satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve vehicle and onboard system issues, including MDT, taximeter, POS terminals, GPS, and communication systems.
- Manage workshop operations and turnaround time, ensuring preventive, corrective, and accident repairs meet KPI target
- Oversee budgeting, inventory, and compliance, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards with regular reporting.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Good knowledge of vehicular systems, mechanical, electrical and electronic. Experience in motor workshop will be an advantage
