You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the Defence sector to thrive on developing the next breakthrough for the defence and security of Singapore. Working closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy system/network infrastructure as part of an overall project implementation.

Be Part of Our Success

• Lead the multidisciplinary development team to realize and deliver SATCOM terminal products from concept to production
• Support the Product Manager in identifying and evaluating technology partners for co-development opportunities
• Identify new technologies that enhance product features, performance, and competitiveness
• Define, maintain, and manage product-level requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• Manage product configurations, variants, and baseline definitions to ensure traceability and consistency
• Define and oversea the execution of product-level test strategies for performance, integration, and validation
• Plan, manage, and execute product qualification and certification activities for regulatory and environmental compliance
• Kead product acceptance activities to confirm readiness for production, delivery, and customer deployment

Qualities We Value

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics, Communications or System Engineering
• Master's degree in related field is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SATOM product or systems development
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or team-lead role
• Proven track record delivering SATCOM terminals, modems, RF subsystems, or integrated communication products to production
• Strong understanding of SATCOM architectures, RF systems, modems, and protocol stacks
• Knowledge of environmental and EMC qualification and certification processes
• Working location is in Jurong East
