- Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of warehouse operators to carry out daily warehouse operations effectively.
- Coordinate shipment schedules with the Customer Service Team and liaise with service providers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and ensure that all inbound and outbound activities meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet customer order demands.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure proper housekeeping of inventory to maintain accuracy and organization.
- Promote and enforce strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse experience is an advantage
- Forklift license is an advantage
