Sales Manager (Semicon)

Working locations: West
Working hours: 5 days work. 8:30am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities
. Drive international business development and acquire new customers across target markets.
. Build and maintain long-term partnerships within semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, photovoltaic, R&D, and high-purity industries.
. Conduct regular client visits and represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.
. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
. Monitor market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities to identify new business potential.
. Support and implement effective sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
. Improve internal sales processes together with the Business Development & Sales Director.
. Prepare proposals and manage end-to-end negotiations for projects up to €5 million.
. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
. Collaborate closely with management, project teams, and product development teams.
. Represent the company professionally to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
. Candidates with strong technical/commercial sales experience and industry networks are welcome.
. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in complex technical solutions or systems.
. Experience in semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, photovoltaic, R&D, or related industries is preferred
. Strong exposure to technical sales, customized solutions, and long project sales cycles.
. OEM industry network will be an added advantage
. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills
. Results-driven, proactive, and motivated in acquiring new business opportunities
. Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on and goal-oriented attitude
. Willing to travel internationally
