Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across targeted Corporate sectors.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
Consistently strive to exceed sales targets by analysing sales metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts, and report on progress regularly.
Assist in the development and execution of business development plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, acting as the liaison between the customer and internal departments to ensure their needs are effectively met.
Conduct in-depth market research to gain actionable insights into target markets and customer behaviours, identifying new business opportunities and assessing competitive threats.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A passion for cold calling, canvassing, and a relentless drive to achieve more.
A results-driven mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn-candidates with little or no experience are welcome if they demonstrate these qualities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
