Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Support the Sales Managers with order processing, quotation preparation, and timely follow-ups.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Production) to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track and manage sales leads to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
- Help resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating where necessary.
Inside Sales & Upselling
- Conduct inside sales activities to support business growth.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers based on customer needs and seasonal opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage and supervise the Sales Support Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and performance oversight.
- Oversee workflow planning, task allocation, and quality control within the sales support function.
- Continuously improve internal processes for better efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business or related field Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales support or inside sales-preferably within B2B or food manufacturing sectors.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to a 5-day work week and professional business attire.
- Willing to handle ad-hoc tasks required to support business operations.
