  • Thoroughly analyze and comprehend customer requirements, collaborating with the solutions team to devise tailored solutions that effectively leverage both in-house and off-the-shelf components.
  • Employ data analytics and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to diligently track KPIs, assess pipeline health, and ensure the precision of prospect forecasts.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical and pricing proposals to clients, addressing both budget estimates and tenders effectively.
  • Maintain current and actionable updates on the status of prospects and pipeline, ensuring a proactive approach to sales management.
  • Exhibit leadership by guiding cross-functional bid teams, effectively managing responses to multiple concurrent tenders.
  • Engage in various sales initiatives as instructed by the Head of Sales and the Management, adapting strategies to meet the changing landscape.
