With 20+ years of experience, strong customer loyalty, and steady expansion, we're looking for a hands-on Assistant Sales Manager who can stabilise the sales team, raise performance, and eventually step into a Branch Manager role.

What This Role Really Is (Straight Talk)

This isn't a sit in office and approve work job.
You'll lead by example, close deals yourself, coach the team, and make sure daily momentum stays strong.

If you do this well, you'll naturally grow into a Branch Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the Sales Team Daily

• Run daily huddles (targets, priorities, follow-up checks).
• Keep morale steady and solve problems on the spot.
• Ensure every enquiry is handled fast and properly.

2. Coach & Develop Sales Consultants

• Train consultants on matching, interview flow, and closing.
• Review messages, pitches, and follow-up quality.
• Guide new hires through structured onboarding.

3. Hands-On Closing

• Handle your own customer cases (not just supervising).
• Step in to close difficult or high-value customers.
• Help maintain stable monthly placements.

4. Improve Processes

• Work with Admin and Trainer to smooth internal workflow.
• Suggest practical improvements for customer experience.
• Prevent leads from slipping through the cracks.

5. Track KPIs & Maintain Discipline

• Monitor sales numbers, follow-up rate, interview success rate.
• Intervene early when performance dips.
• Ensure the branch runs smoothly each day.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in maid agency, customer service, or sales leadership.
• Strong communicator who can gain respect from consultants.
• Hands-on closer - you don't just manage, you do.
• Patient but firm - able to guide juniors and correct bad habits.
• Independent, proactive, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic CRM tools, and simple digital systems.
• CEI certification is required for this role.
