Our Assistant Relationship Manager serve as an important bridge between the portfolio managers and the clients. Job Description
This is a new Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) opportunity, as part of the expansion in the Singapore team and we are looking for Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) professionals from Junior to Mid-level. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager to join us. This role sits at the core of the trade lifecycle, providing critical support to the investment team in executing and maintaining the integrity of derivative, swap, and cash transactions. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our trading activities, while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely operational support across derivatives, swaps, and cash management processes
- Execute daily trading operations including trade capture, settlement coordination, pricing validation, and monitoring of corporate actions
- Ensure data integrity by accurately recording trades and reconciling trade details with brokers and counterparties
- Maintain organized trade documentation and generate clear, timely reports for internal stakeholders
- Proactively investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, settlement breaks
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements across all middle office processes
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in Accounting, Business or Mathematics
- 3 years of experience in Wealth Management
- Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
