About the Role
An international project and cost management consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager to support a major airport infrastructure project. The role focuses on the commercial management of complex MEP systems across large-scale aviation works, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Similarly, we are looking for the same Cost Manager for Data Center as well.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre and postcontract cost management services for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) works
- Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for airport projects
- Evaluate MEP designs and specifications to ensure cost efficiency, value engineering, and buildability
- Manage tendering, procurement, tender analysis, and contract award recommendations
- Assess interim valuations, variations, change controls, and final accounts for MEP packages
- Coordinate closely with design consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders
- Produce regular cost reports and risk assessments aligned with client governance frameworks
- Support commercial negotiations and dispute avoidance where required
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
- 6-12+ years of experience in MEP cost management or commercial management
- Strong project experience in airports, aviation infrastructure, data centers, or large complex developments
- Proven background within a consultancy / professional services environment
- Solid understanding of MEP systems, contracts, and procurement strategies
- Experience managing large MEP packages and interfacing with multiple stakeholders
- Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
