Responsibilities
This role provides administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RMs) within the front office, serving Private Banking clients.
- Deliver administrative and client servicing support to RMs managing Private Banking clients
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and instructions, resolving most issues effectively
- Monitor client account transactions and activities
- Assist RMs in delivering financial advisory services
- Maintain accurate client data and reports, including contact details, account information, and credit review status
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, arranging travel, and producing presentation materials
- Coordinate with product teams, operations, and internal stakeholders as required
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable institution Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Forward-thinking mindset with adaptability to change
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with resilience and a client-focused attitude
- CACS certification preferred
- Proficiency in Japanese is essential to support Japanese clients
