Responsibilities

This role provides administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RMs) within the front office, serving Private Banking clients.

  • Deliver administrative and client servicing support to RMs managing Private Banking clients

  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and instructions, resolving most issues effectively

  • Monitor client account transactions and activities

  • Assist RMs in delivering financial advisory services

  • Maintain accurate client data and reports, including contact details, account information, and credit review status

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, arranging travel, and producing presentation materials

  • Coordinate with product teams, operations, and internal stakeholders as required

  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable institution
    Strong knowledge of financial products and services

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

  • Forward-thinking mindset with adaptability to change

  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions

  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with resilience and a client-focused attitude

  • CACS certification preferred

  • Proficiency in Japanese is essential to support Japanese clients
