Assistant Relationship Manager, Private Banking

We are supporting a regional private bank in the hire of an Assistant Relationship Manager to provide dedicated support to Relationship Managers in delivering a high level of service to high-net-worth clients and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day banking and investment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing high-net-worth clients across banking and wealth management products
• Assist with account opening, account maintenance, KYC reviews, and client onboarding documentation
• Process and follow up on client instructions, investment transactions, fund transfers, and other banking requests
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Compliance, Credit, and Product teams to ensure timely execution of client requests
• Prepare client meeting materials, portfolio reviews, investment subscription documents, and account reports
• Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Monitor account activities and support periodic reviews and remediation exercises
• Assist Relationship Managers in identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships
• Provide prompt and professional support to clients on day-to-day enquiries and requests

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Private Banking in an Assistant Relationship Manager, Client Services, Account Services, Client Onboarding, or related support capacity
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients and Relationship Managers within a Private Banking environment
• Familiarity with account opening, KYC, client onboarding, and wealth management products
• Strong understanding of Private Banking processes and client servicing standards
