Job Description

  • Support Cash Business Development Team in their direct and indirect sales initiatives for the contribution of revenue
  • Provide pre and post sales service and support to the team
  • Handle general incoming enquiries from internal customers.
  • Assist the obtaining of company search/ credit checking/ valuation reports for new customers/ prospect
  • Facilitate account opening and fulfilment of required documentation within internal customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers.
  • Assist to prepare various tracking reports (sales tracking, statistic report etc).
  • Perform general administration/logistic duties for the Sales Teams.
  • Compile regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales Teams.
  • Point of liaison and communication bridge between frontline sales team and various internal stakeholder departments

Requirement

  • Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
  • 1 - 2 years relevant banking experience
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Knowledge of computer skills
