Job Summary
You will lead and coordinate trade works and project teams to deliver construction projects that meet contractual and quality standards. You will plan and schedule construction operations, monitor compliance, and engage stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all trade works to ensure seamless project progress and quality outcomes
- Coordinate and audit check various trade works on-site to verify compliance with project specifications
- Develop, plan, and coordinate detailed work schedules for the project team to follow, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Review contractual terms to ensure project activities align with legal and contractual obligations
- Attend meetings and site walks to gain a clear understanding of project requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet project deadlines and milestones
- Monitor contract works continuously to verify that completed works comply with contract specifications and quality standards
- Lead and supervise the project team to maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure a complete and satisfactory handover
- Apply problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to resolve project challenges and optimize outcomes
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within the project team and with external parties to drive project success
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction site work management roles
- Diploma or relevant field experience will be considered
- Demonstrated understanding of construction procedures and materials to guide project execution
- Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
