Job Summary
You will lead the planning, organization, and execution of project sites to deliver projects that meet cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction goals. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, project teams, and authorities to ensure seamless project progress and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed site and sequential job plans to ensure smooth project execution aligned with cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction objectives
- Manage project schedules and resolve technical issues to maintain workflow continuity and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor their work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Facilitate regular site meetings and inspections with project teams, site staff, and contractors to track project progress and uphold quality standards
- Liaise with relevant authorities to secure necessary permits and licenses, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee site progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Control project costs and enforce quality compliance to meet contractual and organizational standards
- Implement and monitor Work Safety and Health practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Project Director to support project success
