Role Description:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they meet organizational objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. This role involves assisting in defining project milestones, maintaining schedules, tracking resources, and monitoring progress to identify potential risks or delays. The Assistant Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, coordinate tasks, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing reports, updating project documentation, organizing meetings, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
