Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing ACMV projects from start to completion.
• Monitor site activities to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, method statements, progress reports, and claims.
• Assist in procurement, material delivery tracking, and cost control.
• Supervise site teams and resolve technical/coordination issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in ACMV / M&E construction projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of ACMV systems, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge in BIM, Auto CAD, Revit and Navis works software.
