This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager, based in Singapore with the flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key organizational activities related to the British Business Awards. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing project schedules, expediting processes, ensuring timely inspections and quality control, and contributing to successful logistical operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in expediting, with the ability to ensure operations are executed within timelines
  • Project Management skills, including planning, organization, and coordination of multiple tasks
  • Experience with inspection processes and ensuring consistent standards and quality
  • Proficiency in logistics management, including supply chain coordination
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is advantageous
