Role Description

This part-time position as an Assistant Project Manager is based in Singapore, functioning as a hybrid role that includes both on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Project Manager will support project planning and execution, ensure timely coordination of activities, monitor project progress, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Additional responsibilities will involve expediting tasks, managing logistics, and ensuring efficient workflows to achieve project milestones effectively.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks relevant to project workflows
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills
  • Experience in Inspection and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Expertise in Logistics Management, ensuring smooth coordination of resources
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with occasional on-site responsibilities in Singapore
  • Understanding of responsible AI or technology governance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
