Role Description
This part-time role as an Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of projects by overseeing and managing workflow, schedules, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, assisting in expediting project tasks, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and overseeing the inspection and logistics processes. This is a hybrid role based in Singapore, offering a combination of on-site and remote work opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting tasks, including tracking progress and ensuring materials and resources are delivered on time.
- Strong Project Management skills, with experience in organizing, prioritizing, and monitoring project phases to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Inspection and maintaining quality standards throughout project delivery.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and efficient resource handling.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, self-motivating when working remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
