Assistant Planning Engineer (LTA Project)

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective measures to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to review risks, resource allocation, and critical path activities.
• Conduct site inspections to verify actual progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to contractual timelines and project milestones.
• Provide support in claims management and delay analysis, when required.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts and related matters.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil or M&E Engineering (ITE graduates are also welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in project planning are encouraged to apply.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
