Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the overall operation, warehouse, logistic and
  
  

ensuring the daily operations are carried out smoothly, efficiently and in compliance to the company's Standard Operating Procedures & guidelines from the regulatory bodies.

• Lead, supervise, coach and train the operation team
  
  

personnel ensuring all are able to meet the competency requirement when carrying out their responsibilities.

• Inventory control, including inventory accuracy, healthy inventory level and permanent consignment.
• To meet the sales team's request (assets & inventory).
• Optimize the utilization of available resources such as manpower, medical consumables & equipment, facilities and
  
  

storage area to meet market demand.

• Problem solving and work towards elevating the overall performance of the whole operation team function
• Discussing & monitoring with sales manager for inventory
  
  

level & costing to meet the market demand

• Ensure workplace's health and safety requirements are met.
• Cultivate a culture of professionalism among team members.
• Periodical review the SOP.
• To perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity is required for this position.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations and inventory control is essential.
• Excellent leadership, organization, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
