Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, delivery coordination, warehouse operations, customer service support, administrative duties, and general operational activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our distribution and manufacturing business while providing direct support to the Directors.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Delivery Management
- Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and driver assignments.
- Supervise drivers and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
- Handle delivery-related operational issues and customer feedback.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily operational activities across logistics, warehouse, and production.
- Work closely with the Operations Executive to ensure production schedules and customer orders are fulfilled.
- Arrange manpower and operational resources when required.
Factory & Warehouse Management
- Monitor stock movement and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure warehouse operations are organized and efficient.
- Maintain proper inventory records and documentation.
Administrative Duties
- Liaise with the administrative team to provide effective customer support.
- Oversee preparation of invoices and delivery documents.
- Verify daily cash collections and operational records.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding orders account activity when required
- Support customer order coordination and account maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Singapore map, delivery operations, and route planning.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
- Having a Class 4/Forklift Licence is a bonus.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage operational staff effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in both office and operational environments.
- Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Monday to Saturday
8:00am - 5:00pm
