Join our team as an Assistant Operations Manager, where you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations for our 24/7 kiosk business. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless operations while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Operations
- Lead and guide the operational team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage operational and financial metrics to achieve productivity and cost targets
- Ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations, manage exceptions, and mitigate disruption
- Drive continuous improvements in operational processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness
- Submit accurate monthly management reports in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in operations and managing a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs)
